Job Description :

* To control daily operation of parts complementation
* Process regular and additional order from importers
* Make purchase order to suppliers
* Arrange and monitoring parts export schedule
* Conduct actual parts export inspection
* Arrange packing and stuffing layout
* Prepare export document
* Monitoring payment to suppliers and forwarding from importers
* Process claim parts
* Make export activity report

Requirement:

· Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00

· Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

· Female, preferable single, max 25 years old

· Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written.

· Have high analysis skill, good negotiation & interpersonal skill, communicative, can work under pressure.

· Have good initiatives, fast learner, able to adapt easily, able to work in team, and able to work in under pressure situation

PPIC ASSISTANT & WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

PPIC Assistant: responsibilities include maintaining a good coordination with relevant divisions/departments, in order to have the product picked up in time. This covers maintaining materials requirement planning (MRP), following up open orders, preparing export data for container booking. Ensure the availability of material components so production process can be executed without delay.

Warehouse Supervisor: responsibilities include managing the Plant Warehouse so it is functioning well and in accordance with the standard operating procedures (SOP). In this function, he/she will supervise export process which includes checking physical condition of the container, coordinating of finished goods, and handling documents. Maintaining & coordinating warehouse daily routines; those are staff attendance & performance, reporting, accuracy of materials & finished goods, safety and cleanliness of the warehouse.

Your qualifications: Bachelor degree (S1) from a reputable university, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology. Minimum of one year experience in similar position. Having extensive knowledge in PPIC & Warehousing system. Persona of assertiveness and management skill; possess time management ability, planning and problem solving; excellent interpersonal skill and good communication skill both Indonesian and English. Maximum of age: 28 years.

FINANCE SUPERVISOR (COLLECTION HEAD) Code: Finance (A/R)
RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Provides leadership and coordination of company financial in A/R and Collection
2. Direct and oversees daily operations of A/R and Collection
3. Develop program and implements effective A/R control and Collection
4. Monitor and analyze monthly A/R and Collection
5. Evaluates the financial programs
6. Ensures record system are maintained
7. Other financial related duties and special project as assigned

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

1. Min S1 degree from reputable University in Accounting / Finance
2. Min. 3 years experience in handling A/R and Collection
3. Energetic,self motivated and hard worker
4. Good communication skills and strong negotiation capacity
5. Effective spoken and written in English
6. Fluency in computer literacy is a must
7. Able to work under pressure and working overtime if necessary
8. Strong leadership and problem solving
9. Willing to work at Karawang
