Requirement:

· Bachelor degree from reputable university, major in Industrial Engineering, with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00

PPIC ASSISTANT & WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR

PPIC Assistant: responsibilities include maintaining a good coordination with relevant divisions/departments, in order to have the product picked up in time. Your qualifications: Bachelor degree (S1) from a reputable university, majoring in Industrial Engineering, Information Technology. Minimum of one year experience in similar position. Having extensive knowledge in PPIC & Warehousing system. Persona of assertiveness and management skill; possess time management ability, planning and problem solving; excellent interpersonal skill and good communication skill both Indonesian and English. Experience & Job Knowledge Requirements:

* Ability to maintain the general ledger to include the preparation of journal entries, account analysis, and reconciliation, closing books monthly and setting up new accounts.
* Ability to prepare and file monthly and yearly withholding tax information.
* Ability to oversee and participate in the processing and timely payment and posting of supplier invoices, or other approved bills.
* Ability to prepare monthly account analysis of balance sheet accounts, develop adjusting entries as needed, and review status of all significant accounts with Accounting Manager.
* Ability to direct the reporting of all operating expenses which includes preparation, analysis, and distribution of periodic reports on expenses for all levels of management.
* Ability to ensure that systems and procedures are in compliance with company policies acceptable accounting practices, and applicable regulations.
* Having experience with ERP System.
* Should be computer savvy with good command on using Common Business application software, like: BPCS, SAP, etc.
* Ability to work with target and tight deadline.

Accounting Staff (ACT - 241008)

The incumbent is responsible to perform accounts payable and expense report processes for payment in a timely and accurate manner, maintains and monitors the fixed asset accounting system.

The incumbent will report to Accounting Supervisor.

Experience & Job Knowledge Requirements:
* 0 – 2 years experience in Accounting, Tax, and Auditing in MNC Trading or manufacturing company.
* Good knowledge in accounting system of BPCS/AS 400 is an advantage.
* Ability to work under pressure with limited supervision and willing to work overtime to meet deadline.
